Job Description

The Role



We're looking for a hands-on, highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our business. From managing internal comms and vehicle logistics to helping with HR processes and general office support, this role is essential to keeping our team and operations on track.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting staff onboarding and interviews

Logging and managing vehicle usage, parking fines, MOTs and breakdowns

Updating WhatsApp groups and notifying accountants of staff absences

Managing petty cash and general office supplies

Helping arrange disciplinaries, hearings and return-to-work forms

Handle incoming calls, including screening, redirecting, and taking detailed messages as needed.

Keeping the office tidy and supporting with various admin tasks

Assisting with scheduling, booking in jobs and covering team members as needed -Coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants.

Follow up with subcontractors to obtain outstanding documentation and photographs.

Communicate updates and relay essential information to clients in a timely manner.

Monitor engineer tracking systems and proactively inform clients of any delays or changes.

What we're looking for



We're after someone who's confident, organised, and happy to muck in wherever needed. You'll need great communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior admin experience is great, but attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

Location: Loughborough Junction, London

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Salary: 26,000-32,000 depending on experience
