What you'll be responsible for:
Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and distribute accordingly without delay, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures
Organising and booking meetings and other events (such as training sessions, conferences etc) as requested, liaising with the key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
Attending meetings and take minutes if requested in an accurate and concise manner ensuring they are typed, distributed and stored in accordance with group Terms of Reference and Trust policies and procedures.
Providing a full range of administrative duties including the typing/inputting of letters, service user assessments, case notes and general information using a full range of Microsoft Office software whilst responding to requests and meeting tight deadlines to ensure the needs of the service are met.
Providing responsive administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team, for example, collating information packs and training materials.
Arranging appointments, maintaining diary systems and distributing essential information in a timely manner.
Inputting and maintaining the Trust electronic record systems in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to Trust and network deadlines.
Taking responsibility for ensuring PARIS records are kept up to date.
Ensuring all service user information is available to clinical staff as required.
Generating and printing prescriptions if required, and making alterations as directed by the service users Recovery Coordinator or Clinician.
Maintaining accurate attendance records for clinics within Paris.
Inputting NDTMS data for the service.
Archiving and retrieval of records in accordance with service demands and the Trust Health Records Management Strategy.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:

Knowledge of Outlook/Excel
Previous Office Admin experience
