This role sits within Dr Helen Medical, a growing medical clinic providing high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. We are looking for an organised and proactive administrative professional to support the smooth running of the clinic and assist with marketing activities, including social media content and campaign support.
About the role
As a key member of our admin and operations team, you will ensure the clinic runs efficiently and patients receive a positive experience from first contact to follow-up. You will also work closely with the marketing department to contribute to social media posts, patient education content, and wider marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Provide front-of-house support including greeting patients, managing bookings, and responding to enquiries
Oversee patient administration such as record management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence
Assist with billing, invoicing, and general office tasks to support daily clinic operations
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule social media content
Support the development and implementation of marketing and educational campaigns
Maintain a welcoming, organised clinic environment and uphold excellent customer service standards
Working hours:
2 weekends per month, 8am-5pm
Monday 8am-5pm
Tuesday 8am-5pm
Additional hours may be offered if required.
We would also consider splitting this role into two if weekend work only is required.
About you:
Previous experience in medical administration or a healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with patients and clinicians
Must have excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Interest or experience in marketing or social media content creation
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a small team
