Handling Customer and Contract Enquiries
General Office Duties
Maintaining Training Matrix and arranging training days for Engineers
QMS Audit, ensuring all internal audits are carried out throughout the year and preparing the annual audit
A good understanding of CIS Sub-Contractors
DBS and Vetting
Purchase and Sales Invoices
Payroll
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competence in using word, Excel and Adobe products.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
