We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our window cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Route Planning
Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for window cleaning teams.
Customer Communication
Send appointment reminders via text before scheduled visits.
Issue payment links to customers after services are completed.
Financial Admin
Cross-check payments received against internal records and spreadsheets.
Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with the accounts team regarding bank transfers.
Data & File Management
Maintain and update shared drives for storing photos from commercial jobs.
Organise and label files for easy access and reference.
Use Excel to manage schedules, track payments, and generate reports.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
20 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 12pm
