Job Overview



We are growing and looking to welcome an Office Star into our Family run business, offering 16 hours a week which could be reviewed as business needs dictate.

Hours are expected to be between 9.30am and 2.30pm four to five days a week.

With previous administration experience, you'll be organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt and grow alongside us.

Full training will be given

Responsibilities



Manage job bookings and fulfill our customers needs to complete the job administratively Greet visitors to the office and attend to their needs Responding to email enquiries in a professional manner Answering calls professionally and deal with enquiries Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records Perform electronic and paper filing Adhoc admin duties as required

Proficiency in Word and Excel Able to use Google mail and calendar Learn to use customer portals to input data Strong computer skills with a high level of computer literacy Familiarity with office management practices and procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
