The Opportunity:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

(

Part-Time

) to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, providing clerical support, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:



Process payments for utilities such as water, gas, and electricity Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records via spreadsheets Verify meter readings and billing data, resolving discrepancies when necessary Open and close utility accounts as required Organize and maintain physical and digital records Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Support administrative and general office duties as needed

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills

This is an office-based position. All of our properties are located in and around the Birmingham area.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
