: 12.40-12.75 Per Hour

Hours

: Part-time,

3 days per week

or 20 hours (flexible days)
Full-time hours may become available for the right candidate.

About the Role



We're looking for a reliable and organised

Administrative Assistant

to join our growing team at

Scottish Stove Centre

. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting our busy service and installation teams -- keeping operations running smoothly and customers well looked after.

You'll work closely with both customers and colleagues, handling service bookings, processing paperwork, and assisting with enquiries and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate servicing appointments (organise service team diary) Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails Maintain and process service records and certification logs Liaise with customers requiring spare parts (costs, lead times) Order spare parts and track deliveries Support the sales team with basic outreach/admin Assist in keeping the showroom clean and presentable

What We're Looking For



Previous admin experience (ideally in a service or trade-based business) Comfortable using computers and office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.) Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability Experience dealing with customers is a strong bonus A team player willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in when required
