part-time Administrative Assistant

who is proactive, highly organised, and confident in delivering excellent client service from first enquiry through to project completion.

As an Admin, what you'll do



Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering excellent customer service through phone and email Manage directors' and teams' calendars, inboxes, and schedules Prepare and format documents, reports, and professional presentations Keep our CRM systems and contact lists up to date, including segmentation and organisation Support meetings with agenda setting, note-taking, and follow-up Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners Assist with digital marketing tasks, including email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot), automations, and social media scheduling and engagement Help maintain a collaborative, efficient, and welcoming studio environment

What we're looking for



Proven administrative experience and strong customer service skills Confidence using digital tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and CRM systems Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing A highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in construction or interior design is a bonus but not essential
