We're now looking for an

Administrative Assistant

to join our

Pembroke office

on a

full-time, permanent basis

. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across the office to provide centralised administrative support, while also being the welcoming face of our front of house team when needed.

What will you be doing?





Be the face of Redkite:

Welcome clients, colleagues, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, whether in person or over the phone

Keep things running smoothly:

Manage administrative and archiving enquiries with efficiency, ensuring our high standards of client care are always maintained.

Support the team's success:

Assist with file-opening, scanning, printing, posting, and a wide range of essential office tasks that keep the firm moving forward

Step into the spotlight:

Provide professional front-of-house cover when needed, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish

Take ownership of organisation:

Play a key role in archiving, moving, and organising files between departments and storage, keeping our records in perfect order



Who We're Looking For

Strong IT skills -

confident using data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite

Resilience -

adaptable and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment

Client skills

- professional, approachable, and able to build strong relationships

Time management -

organised, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment

Team player -

collaborative, supportive, and eager to learn from others

Flexibility -

open to occasional travel as required by the role
