Our award winning, family run Will writing & estate planning business is growing and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, customer facing administrator to work from our new Peterborough branch located inside the Westgate Arcade shopping centre, at Queensgate.
Day to day activities will include reaching out to existing clients to gain feedback and offer support about our services as well as being the face of the brand, to help with both walk in and phone in enquiries answering questions and aiming to book potential clients in for appointments to make their will.
Working shifts will be split with another candidate making up around 35 hours per week in total. Possible option for one full time person.
Other responsibilities include:
Converting leads to appointments for our consultants
Dealing with existing clients on the phone and walk ins
General administration as guided by our head office
Working closely with our local dedicated will writing consultant for Peterborough
Researching and developing marketing opportunities within the local area
Produce monthly lead/ appointment report
Skills/Experience
Excellent customer service in person and the phone
Able to build positive working relationships with the wider team
Confident communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
Organised approach to work, able to multitask and prioritise workload
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently, working things out for themselves
Good knowledge of MS Office products and Google calendar
Comfortable working with data and Excel
Experience in a sales role is ideals
12.21 plus commissions & bonus
