Administrative Assistant

to support the daily operations of our cinema and help ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a friendly approach to customer service. If you're confident with spreadsheets and love a well-organised filing system -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

Compile invoice registers to ensure prompt supplier payment. Collate and process weekly petty cash reimbursements. Raise and track purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of cinema expenditure. Perform general office duties, including typing letters and filing documentation. Collate data as required to support management.

Customer Service

Provide a welcoming and helpful service to cinema visitors. Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner. Respond to guest enquiries and take orders efficiently, referring to management when needed. Act as first point of contact for group bookings and liaise with the sales department. Take bookings for children's birthday parties, ensuring accurate coordination and communication. Handle sales of gift package products over the phone.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills with a confident and pleasant telephone manner. Strong team player with the ability to work independently. Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is desirable.
