What You'll Be Doing
Customer Care
Monitor and manage the Customer Care inbox, review defect notices, and arrange appointments.
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and customers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Administration
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage vehicle fleet compliance, including MOTs, servicing, and mileage checks.
Handle insurance claims for vehicles and mobile phones.
Help with onboarding and maintaining accurate subcontractor records.
Organise company social events and assist with internal communications.
Distribute, Maintain & Monitor documentation to subcontractors.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Marketing & Communications
Prepare and distribute quarterly newsletters and company newsfeeds.
Keep the website and social media channels up to date with fresh, engaging content.
Create and maintain marketing materials and case studies for completed projects.
What We're Looking For
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
A positive, can-do attitude with a good sense of humour
Experience in
administration or customer care
, ideally within the
construction or housing industry
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
