Job Description

NT Financial is young and fast growing financial services company based in Portadown, Northern Ireland. We offer mortgage and protection advice services to first time buyers and customers with existing mortgages all over UK. Due to a quick grow and increasing load of work we are looking to hire an administrative assistant to join our team.

Your role will be backed by an experienced business support unit who will also be there to assist you through your journey with us.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced team who are always positively focused on providing outstanding service to our customers and providing a great place to work for our staff.

The role will be focussed on administrative work and customer service. You'll be helping Mortgage Adviser process his business compliantly and ensure it progresses as required. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they are always kept fully informed throughout their mortgage journey or protection updates.

To carry out the service, your day-to-day routine could involve dealing with customers, mortgage lenders and protection providers, estate agents, valuers, builders and solicitors.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities



administrative preparation of applications and documents. data input. new business generation tasks, including administrative support of different social media channels. answering inbound customer calls. dealing with general customer queries. customer update calls. customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers. mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications. meeting daily activity targets. dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders. working within a team to take on administrative duties.

Preffered skills



Experience in a similar field of work (e.g solicitors, estate agency, mortgage and protection advice shop) Bilingual- English/ Lithuanian is preferable however any additional language will be considered. Proficiency in English language and Lithuanian or any other foreign language (writing and speaking)

Rate of pay is 23,810- 27,300 per year for 37.5h/week pro rata, depending on experience.
