The Role

  • Provide administrative support to property fee earners.
  • Reception duties, including answering telephone enquiries and handling post.
  • Opening new files and inputting instructions onto the Case Management system.
  • Producing letters and documents, filing, billing, photocopying, faxing, and archiving.
  • Updating the Case Management system as matters progress.
  • Maintaining diaries and making appointments as required.
  • Contributing to maintaining a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment.
  • Following and improving office procedures.
  • Any other duties as required by the branch.
About You
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in office administration; reception duties desirable.
  • Professional, flexible, and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote the image of the firm.
  • Positive and client-focused approach, delivering professional and friendly service.
  • Quick and accurate worker who follows instructions carefully.
  • Confident in client-facing interactions, both face-to-face and on the phone.
