Administrative Assistant

Location: Oaklands Hospital, Salford

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Summary:

Oaklands Hospital is a purpose built, modern hospital providing a wide range of surgical and medical treatments to private patients and eligible NHS patients. Our consultants and nursing staff are highly experienced and have your care and comfort as their highest priority. All patients have the reassurance that a doctor is resident on site and available 24 hours a day.

The role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused Physiotherapy Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to our patients and support your colleagues in other areas during busy periods. Excellent communication, computer skills and attention to detail are therefore essential for this post.

What you'll bring with you:

Excellent organisational skills An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel Healthcare administration experience (advantage) High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills - written and oral The ability to work within a team The ability to time-manage
