We are looking for a full-time or part-time (20-40h per week) Administrative Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care at Memory Opticians in Salisbury. You'll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly, handling administration duties, supporting our team, and ensuring that our patients have a positive, seamless experience.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in being organised, and values being part of a supportive team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media, promotions, and patient communications.
Supporting day-to-day administration tasks, from correspondence to record keeping.
