Clay Hill School are recruiting for an Administrator (term-time) to join a busy and professional administration team.

We are looking for enthusiastic multitasker, who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft office, excel & word. The successful candidate who be a solution focused member of the team and be able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional manner.

Clay Hill School is an independent specialist day school for young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and associated complex needs. We provide education for young people aged 5 to 19 years.



We are looking for a professional and highly effective administrator (term-time only) to co-ordinate and organise the annual review process for Clay Hill school. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for local authorities, parents and other professional bodies involved with the annual review process. Duties will included working closely with the SENCo and teaching team of Clay Hill school, booking of annual reviews, completing paperwork and working to tight legal deadline.



In addition to supporting the annual review process, there will be times when you will be required to support other members of the school, including SLT which could include diary and email management.



This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to begin or develop a career in this environment. Good IT skills are essential, but no previous experience in a school setting is required as full training will be provided. This is a fast-paced and demanding role, and a high level of literacy and numeracy is essential. You will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
