Administrative Assistant

Location: Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford

Hours: 30 per week

About the Hospital:

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in a varied and challenging role to work in the Bookings Department. You will be carrying out an array of duties including reviewing and managing referrals for the C&B system, booking patients in for surgery, scheduling pre-assessment appointments, updating Trackers, dealing with enquiries and other duties as required.

Administration experience Excellent IT Skills and ability to type at speed whilst maintaining accuracy Experience of multi-tasking and working to strict deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail
