Due to our growing business and ever expanding customer base the requirement for an additional admin assistant has arisen. We are a family business specialising in Commercial Vehicle repairs and International Transport. We pride ourselves in high levels of service we provide to our customers and are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and professional person to join our team to help us in maintaining our high standards.
The role involves working between our Accounts, Service and Transport departments.
-Helping out with the invoicing of clients.
-Processing of purchase and sales ledger.
-Document control and processing
-General filing / admin duties.
-Answering the telephone.
-Assisting customers with bookings and documents.
Skills:
-Must be organised.
-High level of attention to detail.
-Confident talking on the phone.
-Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
-Driving license required
