The Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key part in ensuring our operations run like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing schedules, appointments, and team communications.
Preparing and organising project documentation (quotes, invoices, reports).
Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Tracking project timelines and maintaining accurate records.
General office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining data.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Previous experience in construction or related industries is a plus, but not essential.
