Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Salary position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing data and documents, including emails and communications from claimants, as well as supporting marketing activities and managing time recording across the team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and staff members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, website content, reports, and correspondence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferable.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
