We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall productivity.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Wednesday, 10am - 2pm
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and responding to emails
Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing diaries
Filing, photocopying, and organising digital and physical documents
Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required
Supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks
Maintaining staff records and conducting payroll
Ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy office
Supplier research and supplier liaison
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Reconciling invoices
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient Office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in the construction industry (highly preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
