We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. Responsibilities



Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and up-to-date. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all entries. Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Support team members with various clerical duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. Produce accurate minutes and maintain organised records. Manage and prioritise multiple inboxes and administrative tasks. Maintain and optimise internal platforms and data systems. Support staff onboarding, compliance, and operational processes. Liaise with teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Undertake additional projects as directed by management.

Skills



Previous office experience is essential for understanding the dynamics of a busy workplace. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently. Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed in data entry tasks. Experience in an administrative role in the care or healthcare sector is advantageous. Clerical experience that showcases attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
