We are recruiting for a confident people focused

Administrative Assistant

to support our Park Food & Beverage theme park team with their daily operation.



This role is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Food and Beverage Department deliver to their targets daily, weekly and monthly.

Shift pattern:

5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging from 8am-6pm

A day in the life of a Administrative Assistant would include...

Greeting our fronline team into work every morning Supporting the Unit Managers in the day to day, weekly and monthly administration tasks required to ensure the F&B department remain within the P&L budgets Conducting team briefings with the team, ensuring they are updated with all the relevant information for the trading day Being on hand to answer calls from the units and solving problems quickly and efficiently Coordinating the daily operation by ensuring all areas are covered and the team receive lunch breaks in accordance to the working law Working closely with the Scheduling Team by reporting any absences, lateness or sickness, and compleitng relevant Return to Work meetings with the team Receiving and responding to email queries from team in a timely manner Building weekly schedules for the frontline team

What is required for this role?

Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner Be a great communicator both with front line team as well as the management team Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
