We are seeking skilled and detail orientated administrative assistants to join our supportive and professional team as soon as possible. This will be to support a range of clinical and non-clinical tasks. This is a varied and interesting role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are confident working independently and remotely. You will be responsible to the Owner/Director of Everyday Living Therapy Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing and proofreading letters, reports, and other documents
Formatting and preparing documentation
Electronic filing, scanning, and laminating
Data entry and spreadsheet management
Managing inboxes and incoming phone calls
Collating and distributing confidential information
Minute taking and general administration support
Maintaining records and using electronic notes systems
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with electronic notes or records systems (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Comfortable communicating by phone and email
Motivated, proactive, and professional approach
