We are seeking a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our office team.
You will support various administrative functions across the department, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Working 40 hours a week - Monday To Friday.
About The Role:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Support payroll functions, that ensure staff are paid correctly and on time.
Support sales and purchase ledger accounting and complete bank reconciliations.
Required Criteria
Punctual and professional in all aspects of your work.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willing to take direction and follow instructions.
Good Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
Strong Organisational Skills With The Ability To Prioritise Tasks Effectively
Accounts background preferred
Good Attention To Detail
Wage dependant on experience.
