We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of office experience, strong computer skills, and excellent phone etiquette to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Good understanding of Office Applications, including Outlook.
Support team members with organisational tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
Proven office experience with a strong administrative background is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Highly motivated individual to join our fast paced admin team.
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday, with overtime expected during busy periods.
Own car essential due to location.
