Legal Secretary/Administrator required in busy solicitor's office in Dolgellau, due to increased workload.
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, be hard working, friendly, good with people and have a positive " can do" attitude with an ability to get the job done. You need to have a good attention to detail, able to work as part of a team and use your initiative.
Ability to speak Welsh desirable, preferably full time, but open to negotiation. Duties to include:
Typing / Audio Typing
Answering telephone
Taking messages
Filing
Photocopying
Experience with Microsoft packages
Salary negotiable depending on experience, some training will be provided.
