We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing both administrative and basic financial tasks in a flexible, part-time role.
26,000 per annum (pro rata based on hours worked)
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
General office administration and clerical support.
Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Assisting with diary and calendar management, including meeting scheduling
Updating records and managing data via our CRM system (Salesforce) Providing survey updates using SurveyMonkey
Bookkeeping Duties
Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
Processing invoices and receipts
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Preparing basic financial reports for Solat
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative and/or bookkeeping role
Proficiency with Xero accounting software
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Working Hours & Schedule
2.5 days per week, mornings only
Flexible working hours within the agreed schedule
