  • We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Administrative Co-ordinator to directly manage a team ensuring an effective, efficient and coordinated administrative and clerical support service for head teachers and the management team.
  • The role will involve continually reviewing, improving, developing and consistently implementing changes and improvements to operational systems and processes in line with changing objectives and resources.
  • As an Administrative Co-ordinator, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Business Manager.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements You are required to have an HND or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 8, in a relevant discipline and have experience of working in an educational setting with experience of responding positively in an environment of change (Deliver results - See \xe2\x80\x98How We Work Matters\xe2\x80\x99 Framework). You will be given the opportunity to work towards this within 2 years from start of employment. Candidates will also be considered should they seek to achieve their HND withing 2 years of being appointed.
