Ridgid Toolshop, the authorised online supplier of RIDGID Tools and accessories in the UK, is seeking a capable Administrative/Customer Service and Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team in Lincoln.

In this exciting trainee role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of our business. You'll provide administrative and telephone support whilst learning the fundamentals of digital marketing and analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a diverse skill set, working alongside experienced team members who will mentor you throughout your development journey.

Working a 27.5-hour week, 10:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, this position offers a busy and varied opportunity with excellent scope for development and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner Process orders and manage customer accounts Provide exceptional customer service and support Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with general administrative tasks as required Support digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution Monitor and report on website analytics and customer engagement metrics Assist in managing social media channels and email marketing campaigns Learn and develop foundational knowledge in digital marketing best practices Support the team with data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

Presentable and outgoing with a customer-centric approach Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills Strong I.T & typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Interest in or demonstrated curiosity about digital marketing and analytics GCSE or equivalent qualifications Enthusiasm for learning and professional development Ability to work within a team environment
