About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and creative Trainee Digital Marketing Assistant and Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and directors, supporting a variety of digital and creative activities that enhance brand awareness and drive sales in both B2B and B2C markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, and who is eager to develop their skills in a hands-on environment within a growing, values-driven business.

Key Responsibilities



- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.

- Update and maintain website content, including product listings, blogs, and promotional materials.

- Assist in designing print materials such as flyers, banners, and event collateral.

- Film, present, and produce professional video content.

- Identify and respond to emerging social media trends, particularly on TikTok and YouTube.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns.

Skills & Attributes



- Confident in front of the camera with strong presentation and filming skills.

- Creative, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

- Proactive and able to take initiative when working independently.

- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- A good eye for design and attention to detail.

- An interest in digital marketing and a desire to work within an ethical, community-focused business is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
