Cook Residential Estate Agents in Cheltenham is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Part Time Administrative and Social Media Coordinator. About the Role



As the Administrative and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing property listings and marketing material for our business. Working closely with the valuers, operations manager and photographer you will liaise directly with clients, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the process. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, helping to increase our reach and engagement online. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks within the office, and provide support with other business needs as required.

Main Responsibilities



Preparing property listings and marketing materials for online marketing ensuring compliance with Consumer Protection Regulations (full training will be provided)

Liaising with clients to provide regular updates and maintaining excellent communication

Creating, scheduling and responding to content for the company's social media channels, including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Developing strategies to boost social media reach, engagement, and brand awareness

Assisting with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office management

Assisting with other team members where appropriate to assist with workload

Supporting other business needs as required

About You



Previous experience using social media platforms is essential, however for business use is preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills is required

Exceptional accuracy in grammar and spelling

Confident written and verbal communicator

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn new skills

Role Details

Location: Cheltenham

Hours: 25 hours per week (exact working hours can be flexible)

Pay: 13 per hour

Employment Type: Part Time
