Estates Services

manages the University's buildings, facilities, and key services, ensuring that every student, researcher, and staff member can work in a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. About the Role



This is a role with real variety and impact. You'll be one of the first points of contact in the admin team - a team colleagues turn to when they need answers, information, or a problem solved quickly.

You'll manage key systems and resources across SharePoint, Teams, and databases, keep our information accurate and accessible, and ensure meetings and events run smoothly - from booking rooms and catering to handling travel and accommodation.

You will assist with financial admin, raising purchase orders, processing receipts, and producing reports. And when projects come along - whether it's improving systems, reorganising the office, or introducing new processes - you'll be right there helping to make it happen.

About You


Office administration and customer-facing experience Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently to deadlines Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and databases Strong verbal and written communication skills
