The Social Integration administrator and engagement officer role is in line with our ambition and objectives to deliver a pilot project across Devon to facilitate the integration of all international NHS health and social care international recruits and provide essential equality and inclusion trainings to providers. We are working in partnership with the NHS, the Devon Alliance, local authorities including Plymouth city council, Devon County Council to help enhance the experience of health and social care workers from the point of their arrival in their respective cities of work across Devon. Job specification: We are looking for a passionate and competent professional to lead the delivery of this excellent program that has already proven success from a 12-month pilot. The administration and engagement officer to undertake a variety of administrative, project coordination and delivery of our Social Integration Programme. You will help in planning and organising programmes and activities as well as carry out important operational duties including supervising a small team of integration ambassadors. To be an excellent programme coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. We\'d like to meet you if you have further skills in programme development and human resources support. The goal will be to facilitate, deliver and effectively run the Migrants Social Integration Programme according to the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s standards, expected outcomes as per the delivery plan and funding specifications. We need someone with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven experience of engagement work with ethnic minority individuals, groups and families. This person must have the passion, the skills and abilities to reach out to our target beneficiaries and establish contact from the point of their arrival in the UK to the point they are fully integrated into the community. The person will strengthen our core work and leadership by ensuring teamwork with staff, volunteers and the management. This person will liaise with and take instructions from the management to help coordinate the project delivery and on-going projects delivery, volunteering; Safeguarding; Practical delivery; engagement and innovation.
