The Faculty of Arts & Humanities is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join the Faculty Enterprise Team which supports our Pre-Sessional and Lifelong Learning programmes. The Faculty Enterprise Team act as a first point of contact for educational matters and support aspects of the Pre-Sessional and Lifelong Learning student lifecycle from application through to completion and award, including maintenance of application and student records and support for all assessment-related processes.

You will work closely with the Admissions Team Leader, the Administration & Assessment Team Leader, Senior Admin Officer, and key academic staff, as well as colleagues across the faculty and the wider University, to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the team\'s activities.

You will also have excellent IT skills, planning and organisational skills, initiative, ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise varied workloads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service, flexibility and being receptive to new ideas and approaches. You must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The salary range provides an indication of the incremental progression in the role. The starting salary for a full-time post will be \xc2\xa325,742 and will increment annually.
