Location: London (Passmore Centre, Borough Road, SE1)
Contract: Part-time, Permanent (3 days per week)
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the effective day-to-day running of MJM London. Initially appointed on a part-time basis (3 days per week), the role is expected to move to full-time from September 2026 as the campus continues to grow.
The role is central to the smooth operation of the campus and provides administrative, operational and front-of-house support to the Centre Director, management team and wider staff.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Centre Director and MJM London management team
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Deliver front desk and reception services, welcoming visitors, students and external partners and ensuring a professional, friendly and efficient front-of-house experience
  • Manage the main telephone line, handling incoming calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate colleagues and supporting effective communication
  • Support finance, legal, HR and operational processes, including documentation, records and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, record-keeping and general office administration
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment and admissions activities in collaboration with the Recruitment Officer
  • Liaise with MJM Graphic Design's central teams and other campuses to support effective coordination
  • Assist with the organisation of events, visits and general campus operations
Person Specification
You will have experience in an administrative or operations role, with strong organisational, communication and IT skills. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, working with a range of stakeholders and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Experience in education or a regulated environment is desirable. French or additional language skills are an advantage.
Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: 24,000-28,000 per annum (pro rata)
  • Part-time role (3 days per week)
  • Primarily campus-based, with limited hybrid working subject to operational needs
