We're looking for a driven and confident Sales Assistant to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to people, and loves the buzz of closing a deal, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic CRM systems.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (especially in construction, building supplies, or landscaping) is an advantage -- but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert incoming enquiries from customers over the phone, email, and in person.
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
Support our Sales Director with follow-up emails and booking appointments.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers find the right solution.
Communicating with our logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
