Join Our Team as an Operations Administrator - Nights

Are you a detail-oriented administrator seeking a new, challenging role? Look no further! We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Heston warehouse on the night shift. If you have a passion for accuracy, excellent communication skills, and experience in exports and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Working Hours:

19:00-07:00, 4 on 4 off

Location:

Heston (TW5 9NB)

What Will You Be Doing?

Preparing accurate shipping documents for the distribution and export of aircraft spares to various destinations globally. Updating and utilising various systems to facilitate seamless workflow and data management. Assisting with data uploads to maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making processes. Providing excellent service to collecting agents upon their arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of goods.

About You:

Effective communication skills Good mathematical skills to accurately handle calculations and data analysis. Exports and customer service experience is preferred
