To complement our adjusting services, we also have our own dedicated building repair network, Quadrassist, and provide specialist loss adjusting services in entertainment, events, and advertising through Spotlite Claims.
As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be providing administrative support to Loss Adjusters, answering inbound calls and completing any other adhoc administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Audio typing reports, letters and general communication as required, including associated administration tasks
Issuing completed reports via email to clients
Answering the telephone and transferring to the relevant person/department - dealing with basic queries where possible from Insurance companies, policyholders and loss adjusters
Taking detailed messages pertaining to the call
Scanning post and uploading to the electronic claims file
Skills and Experience
Ideally experience within the insurance industry or similar financial services environment.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service, organisational and planning skills.
Audio and touch typing skills.
