Job Description

The VBHC (Value Based Healthcare) team have established a programme of work to develop a range of patient and workforce reported measures for a variety of service user groups to support the evaluation of the implementation of national delivery plans.



Based within the Value Based Healthcare Team, the post holder will work with and provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, VBHC lead and clinical staff for multiple service user groups for example heart failure, diabetes and lymphedema within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).



Providing secretariat support for the VBHC team, Projects and Programmes. Assist in the development of standard patient reported outcome and experience measures (PROMs/PREMs). Test the feasibility and acceptability of administering PROMs/PREMs in different ways and comparing completeness and response rates. Use own initiative to deal with patients' queries, providing information and assistance in regards to the PROM/PREM digital platforms. Supporting the nursing team with clinical administration.
