We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated administrative Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position involves working in various settings and providing personalised support.
Duties
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft office suite, particularly word and excel.
Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
Providing personalised support to women, listening to their concerns, and creating individual support plans
Carying out comprehensive risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of each women
Making referrals to relevant services and organisations to ensure women receive the support they need.
A caring attitude towards individuals requiring support and assistance.
A valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring transportation of clients but not mandatory
Certification in first aid or nursing qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
