dedicated Administration Support/Receptionist's to join our team.

Key Responsibilities



Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Keep respective areas tidy and organised

Handle post, deliveries, and general enquiries

Respond to customer queries and direct them to the right department

Assist with general support for all office functions

Support with data entry, filing, and document management

Help manage diaries, schedule meetings and prepare materials for events

Follow company policies, including health and safety and data protection

Demonstrate a proactive, professional approach to all tasks

Essential:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:



Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (e.g., part-time or work experience)

An interest in business, customer service or office technology

Monday to Friday
