We're looking for an

Administration Assistant

to join our friendly

Business Support Team

on a

1-year fixed-term maternity cover

.

You'll play an important part in supporting day-to-day business activities helping teams stay on track, keeping systems up to date and making sure requests are handled accurately and on time.

This role supports multiple business divisions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working from our

South Woodham Ferrers office

. Its ideal for someone who likes structure, enjoys working with processes and systems and feels comfortable in a busy office environment.

While this is a fixed-term role, it offers a fantastic opportunity to

develop your skills, grow your confidence and gain valuable experience

What will I do?



In this role, you will (duties may include, but are not limited to):

Processing day-to-day workloads for multiple business departments, with limited to no double checks Creating and maintaining contracts within the

SAP HANA

system Reviewing and following up on trading and expense documentation in line with regulatory requirements Creating requests for accurate financial postings into customer accounting books Producing expense reports for business users via

Concur

Maintaining, creating, and updating customer, vendor, and service provider details across internal systems Supporting business departments with routine process-related queries and basic troubleshooting Maintaining and updating business guides for supported departments, with guidance from senior colleagues

We're seeking someone who's not only skilled but also brings a positive and proactive approach to their work. Here's what makes you a great fit:

GCSE Maths and English (pass or higher) Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Punctuality and effective time management Clear verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working in a professional office environment (essential). A proactive and collaborative mindset, you enjoy helping others succeed.

What are my hours of work?



Non-peak Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm Peak (last working day and first 4 working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
