What will I do?
In this role, you will (duties may include, but are not limited to):
Processing day-to-day workloads for multiple business departments, with limited to no double checks
Creating and maintaining contracts within the
SAP HANA
system
Reviewing and following up on trading and expense documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Creating requests for accurate financial postings into customer accounting books
Producing expense reports for business users via
Concur
Maintaining, creating, and updating customer, vendor, and service provider details across internal systems
Supporting business departments with routine process-related queries and basic troubleshooting
Maintaining and updating business guides for supported departments, with guidance from senior colleagues
What We're Looking For?

GCSE Maths and English (pass or higher)
Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
