We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the Property Safety team, in this exciting new opportunity. As a Compliance Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Property team, supporting with the administration of the site checks and inspections.

Requirements

Outline of Key responsibilities for the Compliance Administrator \xe2\x80\xa6

  • To provide the Property Safety team with administration and organisational support.
  • To ensure all information is accurately recorded and maintained on our systems, and on our CRM database.
  • To assist with the production of statistical information when required.
  • To answer all external telephone calls promptly, ensuring any messages are relayed clearly to the relevant person.
  • Ensure all activities comply with data protection. As you will be dealing with personal and sensitive data.
  • Good attention to detail, ability to follow a compliance process and tracking data on a spreadsheet.
