We are currently recruiting a part time
Administrator
to support our
Aberdeen City Carers Service.
As the service Administrator you will work alongside managers, team leaders and support staff and provide them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include a range of administrative duties to meet the needs of
Aberdeen City Carers Support Service
to provide a reception service within Quarrier's Aberdeen base, you will work with charity log database, compiling static reports and assist with processing carer referrals.
This is a par time permanent role working 21 hours per week.
What you will need to bring to the role
Experience of working in an administration role within very busy work environment
Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
