Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to join our team at Lasman Industries. This is a permanent, part-time role working two days per week (Monday and Thursday).

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. You should have strong customer service skills, be computer literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel). Bookkeeping experience is desirable, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general office administration tasks. Managing emails and handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. Completing and filing company documents. Arranging meetings and supporting diary management. Maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills to support the smooth running of the office. Strong attention to detail. Good time and diary management. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills. Experience with Xero (preferred but not required, as training will be provided).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
