The Company

The Installation Assurance Authority (formerly CIGA) have operated for over 30 years. As a Group of companies we employ over 80 full time staff and have supported installers and homeowners since 1995. We provide a quality assurance framework giving homeowners and stakeholders the confidence that domestic retrofit work is carried out to the highest standards.

The Role

Working as part of an office based team reviewing evidence and images to ensure property suitability prior to the commencement of domestic retrofit work which may include insulation, heating or renewable measures. Liaising with installers, homeowners and colleagues to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Good documentation, IT and administrative skills. Possess the ability to work unsupervised. Able to achieve targets and KPI's. Knowledge of property construction types (desirable)

To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of the position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,500.50-27,000.00 per year
