Job Description


We are looking for an admin assistant to work on site in Liss, Hampshire, taking day to day responsibility for supporting the provision with administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the farm based therapeutic education and alternative placement provider. We would like to hear from candidates who wish to work part time, throughout the year or term time. The role consist of having a good administrative overview of the Education and therapeutic provision, and \'rolling your sleeves up\' and getting stuck in with what is needed, while supporting other admins remotely in undertaking day-to-day tasks and functions . ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day customer service liaison
  • Maintain relevant databases..
  • General admin and organisation of daily/weekly/monthly planners.
  • Support the management of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s website.
  • Work closely with the other Administrators (based on other sites) in ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure various legislative guidance and regulations are met through quality assurance compliance checks.
  • Research and pursue projects within the organisation aims and objectives.
  • Help to organise events, visits, various paperwork and systems to support the day to day operations
  • Support the Leadership\xe2\x80\x99s diary organisation and provide PA services such as arranging meetings and preparing meeting notes.
  • Work with a range of data, data input, data analysis and production.
  • General marketing of services the organisation undertake as needed, and associated tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A Higher education qualification in an area of work relevant to the role.
  • Evidenced ICT skills
  • At least 1 years full time experience working in a relevant position
  • At least 1 years experience dealing with desktop publishing and customer service.

ADDITIONAL NOTES This role involves working in a busy and disruptive environment, that is far from perfect - a converted static caravan, in primitive office with staff entering and making daily queries. The right candidate will need to have a strong ability to focus and work under pressure, and a good attitude to problem solving. The salary is FTE. We have two positions, one full time and one that can be 3-4 days - apply for this role and indicate which you would prefer in your application.
